The Zeal 2018 range is another landmark range for Zeal, fulfilling the brand’s mission of providing simple, innovative and functional products for the kitchen. The products aim to help make some of those inconvenient tasks and problems that little bit simpler, the new range looks to provide consumers with easy to use, no fuss products.

Our approach.

We started by delving into issues users experience in and around food preparation and consumption. By reviewing current products and observing issues consumers have with them, insights were gathered. These insights were then reviewed, ranked and validated. 

From this research we defined the brief to design a suite of products with simplicity and function at their core, helping solve the simple problems and inconvenient tasks users faced.

On-the-go cutlery pouch set.

Affording consumers a convenient way to have cutlery on the go means that there is no requirement for single-use plastic. The three-piece environmentally friendly cutlery set comprises of a stainless-steel knife, fork and spoon in a non-stick easy to clean silicone lime green or black soft pouch. This cutlery set is perfect for the lunchbox, rucksack, bag or coat pocket. Compact and convenient to eat home-cooked meals at school or the office or camping. Ideal for eating fresh food when out and about.

Boil over guard.

Simple and easy to use, the boil over guard is a silicone hob and stovetop protector designed to prevent hot liquid spillages while cooking food.

Silicone ties.

The Zeal silicone cable ties are designed to be simple and easy to use for fastening or tying up joints of meat. It can also be used for many other purposes around the kitchen. Designed to be reusable and heat resistant the Zeal silicone tie is much quicker to use than standard cooking strings.

Draining mat.

The Zeal multi-purpose draining mat is designed to drain drying dishes, washed vegetables etc. Made with a heat resistant material, the mat can be used as a trivet for hot and boiling pans too. The main features the draining mat are its easy-clean ribs that help drain effectively. The self pouring corner feature provides a convenient and simple draining spout.

Splatter guard.

Zeal’s splatter mushroom guard is an anti-splash pan cover which helps to prevent cooking splashes from frying oils. The ventilated hole feature allows steam to escape making sure all foods are boiled or fried perfectly.
